Original U.S. Cold War Gentex SPH-4 Helicopter Pilot Helmet with Spare Accessories in Helmet Bag with Gloves

Original Item. Only One Available. This is a very desirable SPH-4 Flight helmet with its original carrying bag and accessories. The helmet is in overall fair complete condition with the liner, headset, visor, microphone, and tint visor. One of the earpieces is loose with some pieces missing, and some of the interior helmet material is coming off.

The helmet is in good overall condition with the cord still attached. The tag on the helmet bag reads:

This dates the bag to 1982. In the bag’s side pockets is a pair of gloves, two tags from an MLB product, and a spare boom mic. In the helmet was a spare tint visor wrapped in a cloth cover.
The visor is fully functional. A great example, ready for further research and display.
