Original U.S. Civil War Excellent M-1855 Musket Sling with Keeper - 72”

Original Item. Only One Available. This is an extremely scarce example of a Civil War M1855 rifle musket sling. The sling measures roughly 72” long when fully undone and laid out and will make a fantastic addition to your Civil War rifle or musket.
The sling still retains its "running" keeper loop which is missing stitching but still sits on the sling, and its "fixed" loop to one end which is still in place, rare to see. The other end has a brass hook designed to slot into one of the slings' central holes running down much of its length.
