Original Item. Only One Available. This is a gorgeous medium size Civil War Era powder flask featuring a decorative fluting pattern on the exterior. This example has a working spring and has some crude etched letters on the throat.
The flask measures approximately 8” long, a very nice example. The spout still screws on and off without issue, and the spring is still in great functional condition. The lid still unscrews for inspection of the interior. The throat was held on by three screws but now only two remain. There is no powder remaining in the flask. This example dates to the Civil War period. A very beautiful flask that will fit well into any Civil War or 19th Century firearm collection!
