- SV-2B Survival Vest. Dated 1989 with US Air Force Pilot’s Survival Knife Inside pocket in Leather Sheath. Knife is Marked “Ontario” and dated 1976.
- MA-2 Torso Harness Assembly. Size “Large”. Dated 1984
- CWU-23/P Anti-Exposure Flying Suit Coverall Liner, size 41-44
- Anti-Exposure Suit, Large Size.
- LPU-21 C/P Life Preserver, circa 1990s
- Nomex Flight Gloves, Size 9. Dated 1992
- CWU-27/P Nomex Flight Suit, dated 1999. Has direct embroider Major’s Oakleaves, Navy Pilot Wings, Name “Chris Hagen/LCDR (Lieutenant Commander), USNR (US Navy reserve)” embroidered on the left chest. VR-57 “Conquistadors” pocket patch is sewn on the right breast. Flight Suit is marked size 46L
