Original Item: One-of-a-kind. This is a great example of an iron knuckle duster dating from the 1890s to the WWI period. These were moderately popular for close combat during wars from the Civil War to WWII. This style is more similar to those from the Civil War period, but from their quality, they look to be from the 1890s to WWI era.
The knuckles measure 4 ⅛ inches wide by 2 3/8 inches high and 1/2 inches wide at the widest part. There is heavy surface oxidation across the set which could be cleaned with some work.
A lovely piece, ready for display.
There is only one set included in this listing, the first photo is meant to show different angles of the same object.
