  • Original Item: Only One Available. This cold war era banner is constructed of synthetic material and features heavy embroidery with an image of LENIN on one side and the Hammer with sickle on the other. It measures 53 x 70 inches. It dates between 1950-1965 and represent Worker Unity. These flags are banned in Russia currently due to the communist connotations.

The first side of the flag bears Lenin’s likeness with the phrase “WORKERS OF THE WORLD, UNITE!” in Russian. On the reverse side is the Hammer & Sickle over the Earth with the bottom scroll reading PROLETARIANS OF ALL COUNTRIES, UNITE! With the same phrase in fourteen different languages or dialects on scrolls to the left and right. A very gorgeously-designed banner with a strong message.

This is a very rare example offered in excellent condition. This example is constructed of gorgeous velvet with yellow fringe around the 3 sides. It will display gorgeously in any Soviet or flag collection. Comes ready for further research and display.
