Original Item: Only One Available. Offset Lithograph poster produced in 1969 by the Commission for Investigation of the US imperialists' war crimes in Viet Nam and 5-1969 this poster measures 21.25 in HIGH x 15.25 in WIDE. The top reads in three languages (Vietnamese, English, French) "Structure and Destruction Power of Round-Shaped Steel-Pellet Bombs". Purpose of this poster was to incite the international community to stop U.S. bombing of NVA assets. Offered in excellent condition.

Poster has text, drawings and diagrams. Each instance of text is in three languages: Vietnamese, English, and French in that order. The top edge of the poster has: "Structure And Destruction Power Of Round-Shaped Steel-Pellet Bombs". Below the poster has three drawings or diagrams accompanied by text. First is a sectional view of a bomb unit in two halves one full of bomblets with the text: "Cluster Bomb Unit / 2.10m / Content: 550 - 640 bomblets with a total of / 154.000 - 192.000 pellets.". Second is several views of bomblet as well as pellets, with the text: "Bomblet / Round - shaped bomblet / Weight: 420g / Explosive: 100g / Steel-pellets: 280 - 300 units / Diameter of a pellet: 5.56mm". Third is a drawing of the corner of a room with damage to the walls and measurements to illustrate the destructive power of the bombs, with the text: "Destruction Power / Destruction Radius: 5 - 10m / Maximum Density: 4 bomblets / 1m2 / Average density: 1 bomblet in every 2 - 5m".
