Original Item: A fantastic genuine WWII example of a New Zealand made commando aluminum handle fighting knuckle knife with original leather scabbard. This style knife is a hard to find very rare version. A nearly identical knife is featured in the book FIGHTING KNIVES by Frederick Stephens on page 53 as well as on the front and back cover.

• Cast aluminum checkered grip.
• Skull crusher grip top.
• Wide blade with Bowie clip point.
• 10.5" Overall length
• 5.5" Bowie clip point blade with NZ Cutlers Co.
• 4" grip
• Heavy duty leather sheath in very good condition with functional snap. All stitching is intact.
A wonderful example of a classic commonwealth fighting knife rarely encountered on today’s collector market.
