Original Item. Only One Available. This is a great album published on July 20th, 1948, which documented the Tokyo War Crimes Tribunal held on April 29th, 1946, where seven Japanese Generals were hanged, including Hideki Tojo. The album was distributed at the Aichi Prefecture Rehabilitation Association. It was edited by Takeji Ozawa.
The album, which measures 9 x 12¼”, is in great shape with all pages intact. It is printed entirely in Japanese and is titled on the interior “Japan’s Warlords on Trial Court Photo Record”. It even includes a photo taken when a man slapped Tojo’s bald head. A great album with tons of information. There are 70 photographs total in the album.
A great piece of Japanese history, ready for further research and display.
