  • Original Items. Only One Lot Available. This is a great set of Japanese WWII Porcelain and ceramic military items. They include a small Officer’s ceramic statue, a set of sake cups and bottle, and a great artillery shell bank. The officer’s statue measures 7 ½” tall and is colorized. He wears a Type 90 helmet and holds binoculars along with his sword.

The artillery shell bank measures 6 ½” tall with a 2 ¾” diameter. The plug for the bottom is gone, but the artwork looks great.

There are four sake cups, three of which appear to be plastic, and the fourth being porcelain. The three plastic cups are marked with the same family crest, and are marked on the bottom with Yamagata Prefecture. The fourth sake cup is porcelain with a crossed artillery shell-shaped base. There is a map of the Chinese coast inside.

The sake bottle measures 6” tall and has a great depiction of an artillery gun.
