Item Description
Original Item: Only One Available. An original pair of WWII Japanese Military Binoculars in excellent overall condition . Maker marked "ORIENT" on the left plate and “IKK TOKIO” on the right in a symbol that looks like a “squashed” shield. Power is marked as: 6 x 25. Numbered; No. 3644.
Optics have slight dirt specks, but overall very clear (we have made no attempt to clean). Original black painted finish is roughly 80% intact. Textured barrel covers are in fine shape. Original Bakelite Eyecups and bezels are perfect. Hinge is tight and swivels as it should. Nothing missing, replaced, repaired, broken or non-original. This is a rare find and a great piece of history.
Original leather case is in good condition, with shoulder sling loops intact. The closure tab is unique in that it is similar to that of a Japanese Nambu Holster.
