Original Japanese WWII Barometer Set in Marked Wooden Case

Original Item: Only One Available. This is a nice example of a Japanese Barometer set, as would be used on Airplanes or in the field to help determine weather patterns. It has two glass measuring instruments in black bakelite housings. These are contained in a fully marked wooden case, which has a very nice data plate on the inside, as well as an inspection mark. The exterior of the case is also marked.
This was most likely part of a set of weather-related tools, all marked on the outside so they could be easily identified. Ready to research and display!
