  • Original Item: Only One Item Available. This is a very nice WWII issue Japanese Model 30 Arisaka rifle bayonet manufactured by Toyoda Jidoshoki Seisakusho Under Nagoya Supervision. This company would later become Toyota Motor Corporation. It comes complete with a steel scabbard and a solid leather frog.

Condition of bayonet is very good, though it definitely has seen some sharpening and use after production. This has worn a little of the bluing off near the edge of the blade, however it is still correctly only sharpened on the last 2/3 of the blade's edge. There is also wear to the original blued finish from use and cleaning, with some spotting of oxidation. The rest of the bayonet is also in good shape, though there is some denting in one of the wooden grip scales, probably from the ride to the U.S.

The scabbard is also very good, with only rusting and a few small dents. The leather frog is also in good shape, but is rather stiff, with intact stitching and an intact securing strap.

A great example, ready for further research and display.
