Original Item: Only One Set of 5 Available. This is a very nice set of Imperial German WWI Schulterstücken (Shoulderboards), from a variety of different regiments in the Imperial German military. Many of the regiments had long and storied histories, and their own colors as well as insignia, making these great collectors items.
This set consists of single regimental shoulderboards for the following regiments:
- Nr. 125 (7 Württembergisches) Infanterie Regiment "Kaiser Friedrich König von Preussen" - The 125th (7th Württemberg) Infantry "Emperor Frederick, King of Prussia" Regiment. This unit was first raised in 1809 and based in Stuttgart. The shoulderboard is field gray with a red Crown / FR marking.
- Nr. 34 (Pommersches) Füsilier Regiment "Königin Victoria von Schweden" - The 34th (Pomeranian) Fusiliers "Queen Victoria of Sweden" Regiment. This unit was first raised in 1720, and based in Stettin, Swinemünde. The shoulderboard is field gray with a red Crown / V marking.
- Nr. 120 (2 Württembergisches) Infanterie Regiment "Kaiser Wilhelm König von Preussen" - 120th (2nd Württemberg) Infantry "Emperor William, King of Prussia" Regiment. This unit was first raised in 1673, and was based in Ulm. The shoulderboard is maroon, with a gold CROWN / W R marking.
- Nr. 110 (2 Badisches) Grenadier Regiment "Kaiser Wilhelm I" - 110th (2nd Baden) Grenadiers "Emperor William I" Regiment. This unit was first raised in 1852, and based in Mannheim, Heidelberg. The shoulderboard is a faded white color with a red CROWN / WR / I marking.
- Nr. 123 (5 Württembergisches) Grenadier Regiment "König Karl" - 123rd (5th Württemberg) Grenadiers "King Charles". This unit was first raised in 1799, an based in Ulm. The shoulderboard is "poppy red" with a yellow gold CROWN / K R marking.
All of the shoulderboards are in good condition, with fading and light staining on some. There are some labels that were included with these from when they were identified. A great start to any Imperial German insignia collection!
