Original Item. Only one available. This is an extremely scarce World War I dated Gewehr 98 Ammunition pouch, dated 1915. These are very difficult to find without post-war modifications. This example is also unit-marked under the middle flap to J.R. 77, or the 77th Infantrie Regiment.
The back of the pouch is stamped:
F.A. BELGER & SOHN
1915
On top of this stamp is a Finnish stamp reading S.Y. 1921. Finland bought many of these pouches post-war, but they were not modified from their WWI configuration.
A great example with a scarce unit marking, ready for further research and display.
