Original Item: Only One Available. This is one of several varieties of Germany army officer's swords complete with steel scabbard dating from the turn of the 19th century and up through WW1.
Nice double fullered nickel plated blade with areas of intricate engraved decoration. Bakelite grip with single guard knuckle bow and twin langettes. The blade bearing German maker's marking of scales and the initials "A.C." for the renowned Solingen maker, Alex Coppel. Offered in excellent condition ready to display in a matching all steel black scabbard with one hanging ring. Carried by a German Army Officer over 100 years ago during the First World War!
