Original Prop Items: Only One Lot Available. These are full scale rubber/steel/plastic replica non-firing prop guns as used in various Hollywood films and televisions shows. These were all acquired from the Ellis Props and Graphics liquidation auction. Ellis was the oldest and the largest Prop Houses in the World until it went out of business in the early 2000s.

The vast Ellis collection was acquired beginning in 1908, when a pawn shop, Ellis Mercantile, began renting merchandise to early filmmakers. According to Ellis Props, it began when a studio employee wanted to buy a glass eye. The pawn shop decided to rent it in case the owner returned, and it continued the practice with other items.

The Props In This Lot Are:

- Marushin Industry M9 Beretta 92F Full Scale Cap Plug Firing Pistol: This is one of the best prop guns we have had the pleasure of offering. There’s no way of knowing if this cap plug firing pistol was used in filmwork, but they are highly desirable due to how realistic they are! Although it looks real, this is a “toy” gun and not an actual firearm. The Beretta disassembles and assembles just like the actual firearm, but the parts are not interchangeable and this will never be able to fire live ammunition. The barrel is plugged and has a horizontal bar present on the inside of the barrel.

The pistol is constructed of heavy duty abs plastic with minor steel parts present. The magazine is identical to the 15 round Beretta magazines and functions as such, but this is also a Marushin Industry product. There are no plugs and caps present, as they were used and lost by previous owners, however, it is still easy to find replacements!

- .357 Magnum Revolver By The Model Gun Corporation: This one is a little rough for wear and is also a cap plug firing system. The movements are stiff, so it could definitely use a good cleaning and oiling.

- “The Overland” 12 Gauge Sawed-Off Shotgun: Extensive wear but still retains much of the original paint.
