Original Item: Only One Available. This is a totally original authentic German WWII Wehrmacht Heer Army Camp Flag, measuring a small 15" x 22". This example has a header with a folded over sleeve, so it could be easily mounted to any number of structures. The design is essentially a smaller version of the standard NSDAP party flag, with a large Swas (Hook Cross or Swas) in the center of a white circle on a red field. This example feels like it is made from cotton or linen, the standard materials for flags of the period.
Condition is very good, with the expected age toning, and a few stains and tears. The construction is multi-piece, with sewn on white circles on each side, so the flag displays correctly from either direction. A very nice small German flag, ready to display!
