Original German WWII SS Soldbuch named to Police Officer Gerhard Frers

Original Item: One-of-a-kind. This is a fantastic genuine WWII German SS Soldbuch, issued to Police Officer Gerhard Frers. It features his photograph and signature on the inside of the front cover, and it is stamped with two issue stamps that read:
Der Polizeipräsident
Wilhelmshaven
This indicates issued by "The Chief of Police" in the German city of Wilhelmshaven on the North Sea Coast. The other pages contain information about Frers, and the back of the first page indicates that the Soldbuch was issued 6. Februar ber 1944. Below this is stamped Kommando Schutzpolizei Wilhelmshaven (Protection Police Command Wilhelmshaven).
Overall condition is good and many pages have handwriting or ink stamps, meaning this has some excellent research potential. These are exceptionally rare and difficult to find.
