Original German WWII Erel Vulkanfiber Helmet with Post War SS Decal

Original Item: Only One Available. This is a rare genuine Vulkanfiber manufactured by EREL and sold through the retailer Robert Lubstein of Berlin. The helmet shell is 100% original as is the paint, liner and chinstrap. The decals however, are 1960s reproductions and his helmet was intended to deceive collectors. The forger even stamped SS into the chinstrap. Regardless it is an excellent example of a Vulkanfiberhelm, in size 58 with nearly all original parts, just don't be fooled by the decals, or stamps!
Vulkanfiberhelm were initially developed for simple parade or formal use, as they have the same silhouette of an M35 helmet but weigh much less, they also cost far less to produce.
