Original German WWII Set of Three Leather Holsters - Walther P38, Radom 35 Vis, and 7.65 High Front

Item Description

Original Items: Only these three available. These is a set of three different German WII era holsters, one for a Walther P38, one for the Radom pistolet wz. 35 Vis and one for 7.65mm Pocket Pistols. These come from a Collection of Pistol Holsters purchased by IMA, some with an old index card enclosed giving the model of the pistol and Serial Number of the pistol originally issued with the holster.

The first holster is a Black pebble grain leather holster, for the famous Walther P38 pistol, with the standard spare magazine pouch on the front side. It has a very faint THREE letter Code and 1940 between the belt loops, and very very faint "P-38" stamp on the top right rear.

This holster is used condition but still quite soft and pliable, with a bit of cracking in areas. Stitching is fully intact. Ready to display.

The second holster is a dark brown top flap holster for the Radom 35 Vis Pistol, and is of the standard German made type encountered. There are traces of a 1942 date, as well as a Waffenamt proof. The card in this holster simply states it was for a Radom Vis 35 / SR# 56544 / + Extra Magazine.

Condition of the holster is nice, with all stitching and rivets intact. The leather is worn, and does have some cracking to the finish, but overall it is supple.

The third holster is a Brown Leather flap top holster with spare magazine compartment to the front, and is the typical medium size "high-front" holster issued for the many 7.65mm pocket pistols used by officers. This would include the Walther PP, FN Browning 1922, and others. The rear shows a faint 1940 date, as well as maker markings.

This holster is in used condition, with soft leather and some wear. It looks like the holster was dyed black on the front at one point, but that has now faded back to brown. The stitching on the back is partly pulled out, and it looks like the holster's belt loop(s) were possibly reworked. Still, it displays quite well.

Three original German Officer's Holsters well marked, offered together.
