Original German WWII Set of 25, 40, and 50 Year Civil Service Faithful Service Medals & Button Pin

Original Item: Only One Set Available. This is a very nice set of three German WWII Civil Service Faithful Service medals: the 2nd class 25 year award in Silver, the 1st Class 40 year award in Gold, and the Special Class 50 year award in Silver with a Gold Wreath. All three have their correct blue ribbons and pin catches, and there is also a buttonhole pin for a long service award, as well as two others.
The awards are all in very good condition, showing some wear to their original ribbons, and the stitching holding the pin catches on the ribbons is coming loose on two of the awards. The 50 year award has the correct gold 50 at the top, and features real silver plating, which has tarnished over the years.

The Civil Service Faithful Service Medal (Treudienst-Ehrenzeichen für Beamte Angestellte und Arbeiter im öffentlichen Dienst) was a NSDAP Germany medal of honor that was founded on 30 January 1938, in two grades, to reward civilians and military in the employ of the German public services for long and faithful service.
All officials, employees, and laborers at any level of the public service (local, regional or national) who complete 25 or 40 years service were eligible. The second class award was for 25 years of service was a silver cross, with a silver wreath and a black enameled swas in the center of the cross. The first class award was for 40 years of service was a gold cross, with a gold wreath and a black enameled swas in the center of the cross. Towards the end of the War, a Special 50 year class was issued, as there were some who had now accumulated that many years of service.
The reverse of all classes were stamped with Für treue Dienste (For faithful Services). in German black letter typeface. The ribbon for the medal is cornflower blue.
