Original Item: Only One Available. This is a wartime heavy iron enameled vaulted sign. This is a very robust well-made sturdy sign, with typical construction details of German government signage. It is a vibrant orange and reads Öffentlicher Fernsprecher (Public Telephone), dates from the late 1936-1945.
Condition is generally good with expected areas of surface rust, staining and scuffing from years of exposure to the elements. The plaque measures 14 inches high by 14 inches wide.
