Original German WWII Police Double Decal M35 Combat Helmet - SE66

Original Item: Only One Available. A genuine very nice condition WWII German M35 police combat helmet. The left side bears a police decal retained at 75% while the right side of the helmet bears a party shield which has been mostly removed and is retained at 20%.
The shell is stamped SE 66 indicating that Sächsische Emaillier und Stanzwerke A.G. of Germany manufactured it. Size 66 is a large size that can accommodate liners from 58cm to 60cm or US 7 1/4 to 7 1/2 . Batch number 4934 stamped into the rear apron. The 8 finger leather liner is complete and in supple condition with original closure string and original black leather chinstrap which is maker marked and dated 1940.
Overall a very nice honest example with both decals, a complete liner, dated chinstrap and all original paint.
