Original Item: Only One Available. Pennant style large size wool yellow warning flag with black Skull and Crossbones. Designed to hang vertically, size measures 15" x 10.5". Typically this style flag was constructed of cotton and measures only a few inches and were used on the end of steaks. This size flag would have been hung from a tree, pole, or other conspicuous location indicating that an entire area had mines or gas. See the book "Uniforms and Traditions of the German Army 1933-1945" by Angolia and Schlicht, page 183.
