  • Original Item: Only One Available. The Panzerfaust 60 gross ("large") or Faustpatrone (Translated literally to mean: Tank Fist Large) was the third version of the Panzerfaust. This was the most common version, with production starting in September 1944. It had a much more practical range of 60 m (66 yd), although with a muzzle velocity of only 45 m (148 ft) per second it would take 1.3 seconds for the warhead to reach a tank at that range. To achieve the higher velocity, the tube diameter was increased to 5 cm (2.0 in) and 134 g (4.7 oz) of propellant used. It also had an improved flip-up rear sight and trigger mechanism. The weapon now weighed 6.1 kg (13 lb). It could defeat 200 mm (7.9 in) of armor.

This ingenious throw away Rocket and Launcher was one of AH's last ditch weapons adopted by the NSDAPs to try and repel the invading Allies on both the Eastern and Western fronts.

This example has been demilitarized according to specifications by the BATF. It still retains much of the original dunkelgelb (dark yellow) paint overall, with some ligher areas where the original instruction labels were most likely present. As a very rare treat, this rocket with this example still retains the large instruction label reading Panzerfaust 60m. It is worn and missing some areas, however these are extremely rare to find, and most examples we have had are completely missing the warhead label. The warhead can be easily removed from the base of the rocket, which is unfortunately stuck in the tube. Original leaf sight and trigger assembly also still present and in rather solid condition.

This is a very rare example and your chance to own an original panzerfaust 60M launcher and rocket set!

Unloaded or dummy grenades, artillery shell casings, and similar devices, which are cut or drilled in an BATF-approved manner so that they cannot be used as ammunition components for destructive devices, are NOT considered NFA weapons. This example is in total compliance and is NOT AVAILABLE FOR EXPORT.
