Original German WWII "Officer" Mess Kit Utensil Set Dated 1941 - All Stainless Steel

Original Item: Only One Available. This is a great set of genuine WWII German Mess Kit Utensils - Knife, Fork, Spoon, and Can Opener. These lock together, making a perfect set for any WWII collector. Originally these were often issued in a felt case, however these are offered without one.
This set is mostly matched, and all parts have the correct Reichsadler eagle on the handle, indicating military issue. The can opener, fork, and spoon are all marked with [GAG] 41, a known maker of WWII cutlery, while the knife is marked H.&K.H. / 41 / ROSTFREI. All of the items are stainless steel and are in great shape with only light wear, and sets like these were usually reserved for officers.
All components are very good condition, showing some light wear from service, but no damage from misuse. As they are stainless steel, there is no oxidation to speak of. This is a great set and typical of what soldiers would have been outfitted during the early war period, when supplies were still relatively good.
