Original German WWII National Tri-Color Long Banner - 45" x 115"

Original Item: Only One Available. This is a very good condition WWII German National Tri-Color Banner, which measures a large 45 inches wide by 115 inches tall, just shy of 10 feet. The banner is in fact slightly longer on one side, designed to hang on a slightly angled pole, so the short side is only 106 inches long.
These were used inside buildings, or possibly during parades on very tall poles. It is of all cotton construction, is double sided and of multipiece construction. Each color is a separate piece of fabric. It has a hanging hem on one end, with no grommets, so this is definitely a banner.
Condition is very good, with some small tears and stains. The colors are very well retained, with minimal age toning and a vibrant red field. A very nice example!
