Original Item: Only One Available. This genuine USGI bring back German WWII NSDAP wall banner. The National Socialist German Workers' Party (Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei, abbreviated NSDAP), commonly known in English as the NSDAP Party, was a political party in Germany between 1919 and 1945. It was known as the German Workers' Party (DAP) before the name was changed in 1920.
The party's last leader, Adolf AH, was appointed Chancellor of Germany by president Paul von Hindenburg in 1933. AH rapidly established a totalitarian regime known as the Third Reich.
The banner is single sided and of multi-piece construction, with a black swas (hook cross) painted / printed onto a white canvas circle (one piece) stitched onto the red cotton background. This banner is a simplified design, so there is no white border around the central circle, and it has a small header and the top with a short halyard sticking out of both ends.
The banner is offered in salty service-worn condition, likely being hung by the GI who brought it back for years. A very nice service used example, ready to add to your collection!
