Original Item: Only One Available. This is an original German WWII MP41 recoil spring and firing pin assembly, complete with its intact firing pin. The bolt head is not included and is a separate component.
This is an original firearm component sold solely as a historical collector’s part. It has not been installed, function tested, or evaluated by a qualified gunsmith. No representation is made regarding safety, serviceability, or compatibility with any particular firearm. The purchaser is responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The MP41 used a bolt and recoil system closely related to those of the MP38 and MP40. This assembly is therefore of the MP38, MP40, and MP41 pattern, though fitting and compatibility with any individual firearm should be confirmed by a qualified gunsmith before installation or use.
The assembly includes the recoil spring mechanism, firing pin holder, and intact firing pin. It does not include the separate bolt head.
Three Eagle / 37 inspection stamps are present:
One on the upper portion of the assembly
One on the firing pin holder
One on the firing pin
These inspection markings are associated with wartime arms inspection in Suhl, Germany.
Overall condition is very good. The spring retains strong tension and remains responsive, while the metal surfaces show only light finish wear and expected age related handling marks.
With its intact firing pin, responsive recoil spring, repeated Eagle / 37 inspection markings, and MP38, MP40, and MP41 pattern construction, this is a desirable original component for a German WWII small arms parts, Schmeisser design, Haenel, MP40 family, or advanced ordnance collection. The missing bolt head, untested condition, light finish wear, and need for professional compatibility verification are fully disclosed.
