Original Item: Only One Available. Nice 1943 Dated MP40 magazine pouch in Khaki web construction. Constructed from tan blended webbing material as seen on other period German WW2 fieldgear used in North Africa and Italy. For this maker the rectangular stitching is a known feature. Stitching is clean and solid. The back of the pouch is well marked with WaffenAmt and as follows:

"clg" is the German three letter code for for Ernst Melzig of Liegnitz, who also manufactured holsters, belts, and other field gear during the war. Overall very good condition with all studs in place and tight stitching.
