Original Item: Only One Available. Constructed years ago from a legally demilitarized (de-milled) parts set; this is an ALL German WW2 MG42 Display Gun.
This nice example comes complete with all German WWII issue parts including a wood butt-stock, anti-aircraft sight, and WWII Issue bipod.
The rebuilt inert non-firing BATF approved receiver has fine markings that are easily visible and read-

ar
ar is the maker code for the famous Mauser-Werke AG, Werk Borsigwalde, Berling-Borsigwald, with date code "D.F." indicating production in 1944. The top cover hinge is also marked "ar".
Top cover is marked bpr for Johannes Grossfuss, Döbeln in Sachsen, and is in excellent condition. Bipod is marked dfb 1943 for 1943 production at Gustloff Werke, Waffenwerk Suhl with waffen proofs.
This display gun bears waffenampt proofs on the top cover, receiver, bipod, barrel door, and other components.
Offered in excellent condition this is a very hard to find all German WWII mg42 Display Machine Gun. Also included is a post war painted belt drum.. We only get these a few times a year, if we are lucky, so act quickly as they never last long.
Note: as these were in service post war, some components may display Yugoslav stock markings in addition to German wartime markings.
