Original German WWII MG 34 and MG13 LMG Vehicle Mount

Original Item: Only One Available. Although this item has some stamped markings, there do not appear to be any NSDAP stampings visible, which of course may have been deliberately removed. This item, along with large quantities of other MG 34 material, were purchased post war by Israel, who understandably scrubbed away the German markings.
Nevertheless this is a 6 1/2" tall mounting to fit onto an MG 34 and MG13 that slotted into a 1" hole on the body of a truck or other vehicle, allowing the Machine Gun to be stabilized at about its center of gravity. Both MG 34 and MG13 machine guns had two slots for mounts, one at the front and one in the middle. The mount comes complete with swiveling attachment yoke like on top of the bipod.
