Original Item: Only One Available. This is an original German WWII mess kit utensil set consisting of a knife, fork, spoon, and can opener / retaining sleeve. The components lock together for compact carrying and represent the mixed-material construction commonly encountered on wartime field equipment. This set is composed of mismatched period pieces, with several components dated 1943.
The can opener and retaining sleeve is constructed from stainless steel and is dated:
