  • Original Item: One Only. Designed in 1938 by RHEINMETAL-BORSIG, the MG131 Luftwaffe belt fed heavy machine gun could fire 900 rounds per minute. Its caliber was 13 X 64mm. It was designed for use at fixed, flexible or turreted, single or twin mountings in Luftwaffe aircraft during World War II, and served from 1940 until Germany's ultimate defeat in 1945.


    A rare Collector's weapon, original NSDAP marked bolt assemblies complete with extractors etc are exceptionally hard to find.
