Original German WWII Luftwaffe EM/NCO 1939 Dated Pebbled Aluminum Belt Buckle by Overhoff & Cie - LBA Marked

Original Item: Only One Available. This is a very nice WWII German Wehrmacht Luftwaffe EM/NCO's Belt Buckle (Koppelschloß). It is embossed with the wartime Luftwaffe straight tail eagle inside a laurel wreath on the front. A very nice injection molded and crimped aluminum construction box buckle with a pebbled background. The buckle is in excellent condition, showing no deformation, and just a bit of wear to the details on the eagle. The back of the buckle by the clip loop is marked with the OLC in a diamond trademark of Overhoff & Cie. of Lüdenscheid, a well known maker and designer of German WWII belt buckles. The buckle still retains the Pre-1941 leather tab, which is manufacturer marked and dated:-

Above this, it is also stamped L.B.A., for Luftwaffebekleidungsamt, which means Air Force Clothing Office. This was only seen in the Pre-WWII and early war days, and makes this buckle very desirable.
Overall a great example of a hard to find WWII German Belt buckle, with a lovely lightly used patina. Ready to display!
