Original German WWII Infantry Major Leather Overcoat
- Original Item: Only One Available. Nice German WWII brown leather officer overcoat with no visible markings. Brown leather exhibits wear, minor damage, and scuffing. Overcoat is fully lined in cotton which exhibits heavy staining throughout with some areas of damage. 1939 dated brown leather belt is included. Infantry Major shoulder boards are original but the "GD" ciphers (Grossdeutschland) are reproductions. We believe that the coat was made by the Italian leather coat maker of "Roberto Capucci" between 1939 and 1943 for the Wehrmacht, based on the design features. Size is approximately a US 38.
