Original German WWII Inert Relic Condition SD-4 HL Bomb - Rare

Original Item. Only One Available. This is an extremely rare piece of German ordnance, the SD-4 HL bomb. It is a hollow charge 4kg bomb, made from cast iron and consists of a body into which is screwed the nose cap. The bomb is in rough ground-dug condition, and the body is completely separated from the tail section, though it will sit well for display.
Unloaded or dummy grenades, artillery shell casings, and similar devices, which are cut or drilled in an BATF-approved manner so that they cannot be used as ammunition components for destructive devices, are not considered NFA weapons. This example is in total compliance and is NOT AVAILABLE FOR EXPORT.
The SD-4 was designed to destroy armored vehicles and attack fortifications. Please advise that the bomb body is separated from the tail section. The lid to the body is screwed on tight, as is the small cylindrical cover and the spinning fuze. When put together, the bomb measures roughly 12 ¾” tall. Due to the oxidation, there are no retained markings.
