Original Item. Only One Available. Made from heavy burlap cloth, this is a section of a German WWII Issue Army Ration Grain Sack, measuring approximately 29” x 68” with a slant at the bottom. This was at one point used for material by someone. A steady supply of food was vital to any fighting force, and sacks were the preferred way of transporting grain, which has not changed much since WWII. The section has a large stenciled Wehrmachtadler (Armed forces eagle) on the front and back. It is no longer a bag, and is just a very long section of the material.
Condition is fair with the stitching all but gone. As mentioned, this is not a bag, it is a very long section of burlap from a bag.
A very interesting piece of German WWII militaria, ready to display!
