The white porcelain stopped is marked:
GRAF. SCHONBORN’ SCHE
BRAUEREI
KAUTH
The bottom of the bottle is marked:
GRAF. SCHONBORN’ SCHE BRAUEREI KAUTH

The Schönborn family has longstanding agricultural and beverage-producing interests in Germany, including historic wine estates, though the BRAUEREI marking on this particular bottle identifies it specifically with brewing rather than wine production. The molded ownership lettering, original porcelain stopper, surviving wire bale, and half-liter capacity marking make this a strong example of period German commercial beverage packaging.
The side of the bottle is embossed FLASCHENPFAND EINGEHOBEN meaning Bottle deposit collected. The bottle is overall excellent though the rubber washer has some heavy cracking and wear. We would not recommend undoing the stopper due to the damage to the washer.
The combination of its deep green glass, matching brewery markings on both the bottle and stopper, complete closure hardware, and surviving original washer makes this an attractive period display piece. The only significant condition concern is the heavily cracked rubber seal, which should be left undisturbed to preserve the bottle in its present state.
