A collector book. 64 pages. 270 pictures mounted in the book.Dating from 1936, these books were originally purchased empty and customers would get a photograph with every purchase of a pack of cigarettes. This wonderful example contains EVERY photo, yes, none are missing! The original owner apparently smoked like a chimney.
The photos are fully colored and detailed making the finished product, with the complete set of 270 photos, very impressive. Even the flak gun image on the front is raised and embossed. The cover shows wear and minor damage to the lower right corner but the interior pages are well preserved. One will encounter these books on the market but this is the only one we’ve ever seen with all 270 photos, a feat that would have been rare during the war too!
