Original German WWII Afrika Korps Cut-Off Eagle Embroidered BeVO Style Insignia
Original Item: Only One Available. German cut off insignia’s were very common bring backs war trophies collect by American GIs and were typically collected from combat worn uniforms and headgear.
This BeVo embroidered example is the type used on both field caps and uniforms used by the German Heer (army) during the Africa Campaigns, a force known as the Deutsche Afrikakorps (DAK). It is in very nice condition, and actually had the stitching cut to remove it from the uniform or cap. Some of the original backing can still be seen, as it was folded under the eagle when it was installed, which would help prevent it from unraveling.
