Totally inert per guidelines provided by the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) this is a rare German WW2 30mm Anti-Personnel rifle grenade known as a Gewehr Spreng Granat 30 round which is partially constructed of aluminum and offered in excellent condition. The steel body is painted brown and features an aluminum fuse and screw off aluminum base. It is stamped on the top:
