Original German WWII 1940 Luftwaffe Marked Beer or Wine Bottle

Original Item: Only One Available. Genuine German WW2 Luftwaffe marked beer / wine bottle offered in excellent condition with the original porcelain top and wire bail. Typically clear glass was used for beer while green or brown glass would have been for wine, but this was not a hard and fast rule. The white porcelain stopper is nicely dated 1940 and coded FL UV with a Luftwaffe eagle. FL UV stands for Flieger Unterkunft Verwaltung, or the Flight Barracks Administration, the agency responsible for Luftwaffe accommodations.
Still retains the rubber seal under the porcelain cap. These are seldom encountered and would look great with a German WW2 display. A hard to find yet affordable collectible from the Third Reich.
