Original German WWI Officer's Aluminum Clad Schnapps Spirit Flask - Fully Decorated

Original Item. Only one available. Very compelling, we think this was probably for SCHNAPPS: an aluminum covered glass flask with a screw top and outer screw top drinking vessel. It is Circular, being 5 inches across, with both sides covered in colorful scenes of Army life and patriotic illustrations. These appear to be paper under plastic covers.
The center is marked Raus aus Hanau, which directly translates to "Out of Hanau," part of the Frankfurt metropolitan region. There also looks to be a regimental or school marking at the bottom of that side, but we cannot decipher it. Comes complete with plaited neck cord displaying the German Nation Colors of Red, Black and White.
