Original German WWI Bavarian Model 1895 Infantry Officers Pickelhaube with Leather Carry Case

Original Item: Only One Available. A genuine WWI officer’s Pickelhaube from a Bavarian line-Infantry Regiment. The helmet typical leather body is in overall very fine condition, without any major dents, or imperfections; metal fittings (cruciform, chin scales, wappen, spike) are all brass exhibiting minor wear without any major issues.
Pickelhaube has correct kokarden on both sides, blue/white Bavarian State (kokarden and Reichs (black/red/white). Interior of the Pickelhaube is in very fine condition, exhibiting moderate use. It has a correct brown leather sweatband with areas that are partially missing. All the metal hardware securing metal fittings are present and period; interior does not have a liner. Overall a very nice Officers Pickelhaube exhibiting moderate use, in very fine condition.
Also included is a wonderful leather carry cone shaped carry case with padded canvas lining to the interior and carry strap on top. The case is in wonderful condition aside from the closure strap being broken.
