Item Description
Original Item: Only One Set Available. This is a lovely set of German WWII Field gear, representing a good portion of what a soldier would carry as part of their standard loadout. It includes a Spanish Civil War gas mask in a German canister, two RBNr-marked ammunition pouches, a K98 cleaning kit, and various utensils.
The Spanish DAGSA gas mask is affixed with a Dräger-Blanco filter with a great label, and retained lenses. The canister is maker-marked and dated 1937 on the spare lens compartment, with correct DAGSA marked spare lenses inside. This is a great Spanish Civil War mask.
The ammo pouches are stamped 0/0350/0152 and RBNr. 0/0554/0003. Both are in good service-worn condition and would look great on a belt together. The K98 cleaning kit is unmarked that we can see but does appear to be complete.
The utensils include an incomplete officer’s utensil set with a fork and knife, the fork and case being marked FBCM43 with the national eagle and the knife being unmarked. The spoon is aluminum and is missing some of the top, and is marked on one side with the national eagle, and on the other with H.M.Z41 and F1.U.V.. There is a spare officer’s set fork marked 681, and another spoon only marked with the national eagle.
This is a really great German field gear set, ready for further research and display.
