Original Item: Only One Available. This is a very good condition Pre-WWII German Reichswehr Heer (Army) EM/NCO's Pebbled Nickel Silver Belt Buckle (Koppelschloß) and belt. The buckle is embossed with the Heer motto GOTT MIT UNS ("God [is] with us") surrounding a Weimar German Eagle. The design is basically the same as the previous Prussian Buckle, but the Crown is replaced with the Eagle. It is constructed of Solid Nickel Silver, with a pebbled body and soldered on front insignia. This design was in service from approximately 1921 to 1936, when the central Weimar eagle was replaced with the NDSAP Reichsadler. The design was used by both the Reichsheer (Army) and Reichsmarine (Navy).

The buckle is in very good condition, with just some light wear and the expected oxidation and patination from age. The plating is well retained on the steel clip pin.

This would be a great addition to any German belt buckle collection. Ready to display!
