Original Item: Only One Available. A most impressive Lancer's Helmet often called a Chzapka constructed with a stiff black leather bowl and Mortar Board top. Brass bound peak, Prussian brass Imperial eagle helmet plate and brass segmented chin scales.
The black ten fingered leather liner is marked 1905 and 1906 with some other markings on the underside of two of the fingers. The Helmet has an oval cockade of a black center surrounded by silver.
