Item Description

Original Items: Only One Available. A very scarce little pocket pistol of all iron production dating from 1720-1725. Only 5 1/2" overall length with two screw-off side-by-side cannon style barrels. Complete with two triggers and engraved attractively.

Signed on the left barrel I.SEGALAS and LONDINI on the right barrel. Supposedly made in London bu generally felt to be of French or Belgian manufacture. ISREAL SEGALAS was of Jewish decent, who, because of continual persecution throughout Europe, moved his family's gun making business several times ending up in London for a time.
The metalwork generally well stained and clearly of the era showing its age. Offered in perfect  working order and nice overall condition. This is  a fabulous little pocket pistol!

Any attempt at restoring an antique gun to be operational is strongly discouraged and is done so at the risk of the customer.
